WordCamp Portugal 2026, Porto, Portugal

The first nationwide WordCamp Portugal, in my hometown, and I’m speaking three times:

• Friday 15:45: WP Agentic Admin. A talk and demo of a privacy-first AI assistant that runs WordPress admin entirely in the browser, no cloud. Built at Cloudfest Hackathon 2026.
• Friday 16:45: Panel, Impacto da Inteligência Artificial na Comunidade WordPress, with Nilo Velez and Shadi Sharaf. Where AI is taking content, automation, and development, and what that means for the community.
• Saturday 17:30: A Nova Era do WordPress: De Developer a Arquiteto com Engenharia Agêntica. 55 minutes on what changes when you stop writing code line by line and start orchestrating agents: the architecture, the testing discipline, and the open-source toolkit on github.com/pluginslab.

WordCamp Europe 2026, Kraków, Poland

Back to WCEU after Basel. ICE Kraków Congress Centre, Contributor Day on the 4th, talks on the 5th and 6th, closing keynote from Matt Mullenweg. The year’s best chance to catch up with the European WordPress community in one place.

November 19–20

performance.now() 2026, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Single-track web performance conference, seventh edition, at perfnow.nl. Two days of practical, deep talks on JS and CSS perf, frameworks, perf culture, and life after Core Web Vitals. The kind of event where every session pays off.
